1 apple

4pm:
1/2 10-inch thin crust boston pizza (vege)
1/2 greek salad
tea

9pm:
2 tbsp of hummus
10-12 tortilla chips with salsa

10pm:
1 whole wheat wrap with 1/2 avocado, grated cheddar cheese, hot sauce and roasted beets, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes.
1 beer
