ReplyDeleteDon't be discouraged by the 203.4lbs you are weighing in at. This will happen when you deviate from your normal routine and like I said it may be as a result of a plateau and we need to tweak a few things in your routine. But let's not worry too much at this point. Let's see how the next month so 4 weeks goes and then re-assess. Sounds ok?
