Kashi GoLean Crunch with rice milk

1:30pm -
3 strips of smoked salmon
small piece of french bread with walnut bread

3pm
two bites of chocolate chip muffin

4pm
a bunch of baby carrots

6pm
45 minute run

7pm
10 green olives
4 slices of smoked salmon

8pm
2 tbsp hummus

9:30pm
1 bottle beer

10:30pm
1 500 ml can of beer
angel hair pasta with roasted vegetables: beets, asparagas, tempeh, okra, mushrooms
