1:30pm -
1 grilled panini with grilled eggplant, avocado, cheddar cheese, tomato and aioli
1 cup fruit salad
1 mug of black tea

4:45pm -
2 tablespoons of babaganoush
6oz of steamed edamame in shells
1 mug of black tea

7pm -
2 tablespoons of babaganoush
2 tablespoons of almond butter

8:30pm-
1.5 steamed artichokes with garlic margarine
1.5 cups of gnocchi with tofurkey sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomato sauce, grated cheddar cheese
Mug of green tea
