8:30am -
Bowl of Kashi Crunch with soy milk.

12:30pm-
Chick peas, mesclun salad, tofu, cheese ravioli with marinara sauce

7:00pm-
Two papadums with a spoon full of cauliflower manchurian

10pm -
3 spoons of cottage cheese
Lentil soup
Boiled whole wheat cheese and potato pierogies with sauteed onions.
