Spacing between breakfast and late lunch at 3.15pm is a little too long should be approximately 3hours max 4hours between meals
ReplyDeleteWhat was in your ratouille pie and how big a serving was the pie slice? Was it made with "pastry" or was it like a normal ratouille bake.
Try to stay away from the paneer popper or similar as they are fried and high in fat...we want to limit you calories especially from higher fat sources. Try to snack on fresh fruit is anything or veggies instead especially later in the night. Aim for a low fat cottage cheese.
Pie slice was 1/4 of a circular pie. Crust was pastry.
