Steamed Cauliflower with olive oil and garlic
Wild Mushroom Tomato Napoleon (phyllo pastry)
Baby spinach salad with miso vinaigrette
Sesame coated silken tofu tossed in a hoisin sauce

1pm -
coffee with skim milk

5:50pm -
1 hard boiled egg

8pm -
4 tablespoons of hummus

9:30pm -
Pumpkin ravioli with brazil nuts, mushrooms, asparagus, goat cheese and olive oil
