Monday, January 24th

7:30am -
Two pieces of manna bread with almond butter

12:45 -
Sauteed green beans with garlic, baby spinach salad with cut vegetables and balsamic dressing, grilled portobello mushrooms, bulgar wheat salad

9pm -
Two slices of raisin walnut bread with hummus

10pm -
Homemade pizza with mozzarella cheese, roasted eggplant, goat's cheese, mushrooms and basil
Caesar salad

  1. Would only have 1 slice raisin bread at 9pm especially if having pizza. Or actually skip the bread altogether and have veggies, hummus and then pizza. How are your portions at 10pm meals?

  2. I think I had two slices of pizza + the salad so it was a fairly large portion.
